Co-creation means shared ownership
Many social innovation projects are created with communities rather than for communities.
When several people contribute ideas, stories, artwork or designs, ownership can quickly become unclear.
Before starting a collaborative project, agree together on:
- who owns the final work;
- who can reuse it;
- how contributors will be credited;
