Activity 6 — Utility in Three Passes

Time: about 45 minutes. Submit: online text or a simple table.

Pass 1 — Diverge. Fifteen things a holder could receive, access, decide, unlock or contribute, for a hypothetical collection about your issue. Include the impractical ones.

Pass 2 — Filter. Score each 1–5 on three axes: value to the holder, strength for the cause, and whether it could realistically be delivered every time for three years. Multiply. Submit the scored list.

Pass 3 — Commit. Take the top two. For each write: what exactly the holder gets, how often, who would have to be responsible, and the cost per holder per year.

The arithmetic. Calculate your top utility's real annual cost at 200 holders. Show the working.

Finally: name one utility you would deliberately not promise, and say why.
