The Business Plan is the document which describes  in essence you business, potentails clients, assets, resources, etc, Based on relevants hints you have reported in the SBMC, it's now time to make a further step and develop a well-strctured report. In the following, you can find some tips: 

1. Executive Summary

  • A concise overview of your business idea, mission, and vision.
  • Include your value proposition, target market, and key financial highlights.
  • Keep it short but compelling — it’s often the first (and sometimes only) section investors read.

2. Company Description

  • Explain what your business does, its legal structure, and location.
  • Highlight your unique selling points (USP) and competitive advantages.

3. Market Analysis

  • Define your target audience and market size.
  • Analyze competitors: strengths, weaknesses, and market gaps.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in your industry.

4. Organization & Management

  • Present your team, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Include bios of key members and their relevant experience.

5. Products or Services

  • Describe what you offer and how it solves a problem or meets a need.
  • Outline your pricing strategy, product lifecycle, and any intellectual property.

6. Marketing & Sales Strategy

  • Detail how you’ll attract and retain customers.
  • Include branding, distribution channels, and promotional tactics.

7. Operations Plan

  • Explain daily operations, suppliers, production processes, and logistics.
  • Include technology, equipment, and quality control measures.

8. Financial Plan

  • Provide revenue forecasts, expense budgets, and break-even analysis.
  • Include cash flow projections and funding requirements.

9. Appendix (Optional)

  • Add supporting documents: charts, resumes, legal agreements, or product images.
