Activity 11 — Run the Four-Hour Protocol

Time: 4 hours across the week. Submit: a half-page write-up plus evidence of what you made.

Choose one tool you have been avoiding. Candidates: an AI image tool, a design tool you do not use, a no-code site builder, a video editor, a spreadsheet function you always work around, a digital wallet on a test network.

  1. Hour 1 — Orient. What is it for, what problem does it solve, what are its parts?
  2. Hour 2 — Make. One small real thing you actually want. Screenshot or save it.
  3. Hour 3 — Break. Deliberately do the wrong thing. Find the error messages.
  4. Hour 4 — Teach. Write a short guide or record a five-minute walkthrough.

Submit half a page: what surprised you, exactly where you got stuck and what got you unstuck, and what you would tell someone starting tomorrow. Attach the guide from hour four and whatever you made in hour two.

The tool does not have to be relevant to your issue. The skill being practised is learning itself.
