Time: 30 minutes to design, plus one week of practice. Submit: online text.
Part A — Design it. Answer the five questions from the lesson: when (two fixed slots, actual days and times), where (one specific place), how long, your opening ritual, and your floor — the smallest thing that counts as having done it.
Part B — Do it. Run at least two sessions before you submit. Report honestly what happened, including if you missed one and why. A missed session is data, not a confession.
Part C — Define done. Take the concept you have been developing and write one measurable sentence defining what "finished" would mean for it. Then name a date and a person you would show it to.
Part D — Module 1 review. One paragraph: what can you do now that you could not do eight lessons ago?
Lesson 8. Not the ideal version — the one that survives a bad month.

Stop mid-thought. End while you still know what comes next.
Fallow or burnout? Fallow: curiosity intact, output low — feed it with input. Burnout: curiosity gone, exhaustion sleep does not fix — the conditions have to change, and that is a conversation, not a technique.
