Welcome to Lesson 4! By now, your Project Canvas has a solid objective, clear tasks, and a realistic timeline. But here is the ultimate truth of project management: plans don't execute themselves, people do. Even the most brilliant idea will fail without a committed, organized, and accountable team.

In youth initiatives, it’s very common for people to say, 'Let's just all work on everything together!' While that sounds sweet, in reality, it’s a direct recipe for chaos and burnout. To succeed, we must define clear roles and build a structure based on Accountability. Accountability simply means: 'I know exactly what my job is, and the team can trust me to deliver it.'

In a traditional youth project, you will almost always see four core pillars:

·        The Project Coordinator: Who acts as the glue, tracking the big picture, the WBS, and deadlines.

·        The Finance Manager: Who protects the budget, tracks every invoice, and ensures we don't run out of money.

·        The Logistics Officer: The operational hero managing venues, materials, and transport.

·        The Communications Lead: The voice of the project, running social media and public relations.

When everyone knows their specific boundary, teamwork becomes effortless. Let's see how this structure adapts when our project moves into the digital world in the next video!
