In this lesson, we are going to learn h ow to bridge the gap between a big idea and daily reality. A professional project coordinator doesn't just look at a huge goal and hope it happens—they break it down into manageable, bite-sized pieces. Over the next few videos, we will explore: 

·        First, how to build a Work Breakdown Structure, or WBS—the ultimate framework for mapping out every task your project requires. 

·        Second, how to define clear milestones so your team never misses a major deadline. 

·        And third, how to assign roles and task ownership responsibly so everyone knows exactly what they are accountable for.
