Before framing a challenge, it is important to understand why the problem matters. Social action becomes more meaningful when it is connected to real needs, affected people, and a clear reason for caring about the issue. 

Think about the local social problem you have been analyzing throughout this module. This can be the same issue you used in previous activities, or another issue that became clearer to you during the course.
