Alessandro Carbone holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has an extensive background in education, training, and professional development. He has taught Social Work at the University of Varese (Italy) and has worked directly with young people and marginalized groups, grounding his educational approach in real-world social challenges. Since 1995, he has specialised in adult education, delivering continuous training for professionals in public authorities, private organisations, and the social and health sectors. His expertise spans curriculum design, capacity building, mentoring, and the facilitation of experiential learning processes. In recent years, his focus has increasingly turned to entrepreneurship education. He designs and delivers innovative training pathways for young people and adults to strengthen entrepreneurial skills, mindset, and self-empowerment.

She has experience in higher education as an educator, delivering lectures, designing practical assignments, and evaluating student performance. She applies her business expertise to the use of AI for ideation, analytical modeling, organizational enhancement, and fostering both strategic and creative thinking. In her role as a mobility and project manager, she integrates the principles of GDPR into daily practice, ensuring fairness, transparency, integrity, and accountability in international collaboration. As a PhD student in Philosophy, Anastasiia emphasizes ethical AI usage and academic integrity. Her research explores human interaction with AI, contemporary ethical dilemmas and case studies, and the philosophical concept of AI as a potential moral patient. Anastasiia's skills in research, planning, and teaching allow her to contribute meaningfully to the course's topics, engage diverse audiences, and cultivate learners’ critical and creative capacities for developing future-ready products with real-world impact.

Her passion lies in empowering young social innovators and catalysing substantial social change in emerging societies. She graduated Social Entrepreneurship, and Psychology, and she currently studies Gestalt Psychotherapy Specialization and MSc Business Psychology, which shows her dedication to lifelong learning. She leads Poraka Nova since 2006, and developed the organization to the level to be a relevant authority in the social impact field in Macedonia. Anita, herself, is respected authority in the non-profit sector, as a fundraiser, project manager, disability advocate, and social innovator. Extensive experience in developing and managing projects and programs, targeting disability and marginalized communities, social entrepreneurship, youth, education, developing and implementing organizational strategies and policy papers etc. Strategic planning and capacity-building know-how, dissemination and visibility connoisseur with communications background and 10 years of experience in digital marketing and digital transformation of non-profits. I am a Senior Electronics & IoT Engineer (M.Sc.) with over 25 years of experience bridging hardware engineering and digital social innovation. Based in North Macedonia, I – together with my company, Angor AG – serve as a strategic technical partner for Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, and Digital Europe consortia.

My differentiator is technical arbitrage – the purposeful use of modern technologies in non‑standard, creative ways to solve entrenched problems. Examples include LoRaWAN‑based environmental monitoring, AR/VR for cultural heritage, and user‑friendly digital health platforms.

Project consultancy is at the core of my work. I do not merely advise – I architect pilot systems, oversee MVP development, run Living Labs, and ensure technical deliverables align with grant requirements and deadlines.

In essence, I convert complex EU objectives into deployable, real‑world realities. I bridge hardware, digital innovation, and unconventional technical strategies to help consortia deliver impactful missions.

He has 25 years of experience in the non-governmental sector, during which he has coordinated 11 projects and gained extensive expertise in youth engagement. Kakhaber has also participated in election monitoring at various levels—including local, parliamentary, and presidential elections—as a long-term observer. In addition, he has a strong track record of collaboration with international organizations such as Transparency International and Save the Children. Over the course of 22 years, he has been actively involved in programs like Youth in Action and Erasmus+, participating in approximately 35 projects as a team leader and serving as the author of 9 international projects.

I have also gained hands-on experience in policy research and advocacy, contributing to human rights and legal support initiatives. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies. As a trainer and mentor, I design and deliver interactive workshops, mentoring programs, and capacity-building activities that help individuals, communities, and organizations maximize their potential and create lasting social impact.

Thanks to a strong background in R&D in the field of innovative training methodologies for work-based learning, work socialization process, apprenticeship, consultancy for organizational development of SMEs, I have reinforced a cross-sectoral competence useful in international project design and management. Today, as an independent consultant, I love to support people, professionals, companies and communities in exploiting the opportunities offered by EU funding.

Experienced youth worker and project manager from Ukraine. She holds a Master’s degree in International Law with a specialization in Human Rights Protection from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She has experience working with several Ukrainian NGOs and government ministries, and completed an internship in the Canadian House of Commons through the Canada-Ukraine Parliamentary Program (CUPP). Since 2019, she has supported the NGO "Development and Initiative," designing non-formal education programs that empower youth and foster leadership and resilience. As Ukraine’s Youth Delegate to the United Nations for 2024–2025, she advocates for the rights and participation of young Ukrainians living through war. As part of her mandate, she has participated in the UN General Assembly, the Summit of the Future, and the ECOSOC Youth Forum.

Her work involves designing and implementing initiatives that address community challenges, such as support groups for marginalized groups, accessibility training, and youth engagement programs. By creating meaningful change through education, advocacy, and action, she is helping to drive the mission of PORAKA NOVA to build a more inclusive society. In addition to her work at Poraka Nova, Martina has over 15 years of experience as a non-formal education trainer, delivering non-formal education training courses for empowering individuals and fostering inclusivity. As a member of the ERYICA network and the National Youth Council of Macedonia’s pool of trainers, she has facilitated a wide range of training sessions at local, national, and European levels, covering topics such as social inclusion, trainer development, youth information, youth empowerment, no-hate speech and many more.
