7. Global Framework

A global framework is an internationally agreed set of goals, principles, standards, or guidelines created to help countries and organizations understand and respond to shared challenges.

Global frameworks provide a common direction while allowing countries and communities to adapt their actions to local circumstances. They may address human rights, sustainable development, climate change, public health, education, equality, accessibility, or peace.

Such frameworks are often developed through cooperation between governments, international organizations, experts, civil society, and other stakeholders. They can influence national policies, funding priorities, local projects, data collection, and the ways progress is measured.

A global framework does not solve a problem automatically. Its value depends on how its principles are translated into concrete policies and actions. Local organizations and communities play an important role by connecting global commitments with the needs and experiences of people in their own environments.
